WayaVPN Terms of Service

Welcome to WayaVPN. By using our service, you agree to the terms below. This document explains what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you in return. If you don’t agree with these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Service Overview
WayaVPN provides secure and private internet access using real residential IP addresses across various global ISPs. Our service is designed for individuals and businesses who need trusted, undetectable, and stable VPN access.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out through your WayaVPN account.
3. Fair Use Policy
We enforce a fair use policy to ensure network stability for all users. Excessive usage, abuse (such as unauthorized scraping, spam, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions), or sharing your account beyond the permitted limit will result in throttling, suspension, or termination without notice.
4. Device & Plan Limits
Your plan determines the number of devices you can connect and the speed or data limits you’re entitled to. Bypassing these restrictions may lead to account suspension.
5. Privacy & Logs
We do not log your online activities. We store only essential account and usage data required to deliver your service, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Payments
All non crypto payments are handled via Paystack. Your service is activated upon successful payment. You may also fund your Waya Wallet after your first order to pay future invoices more easily.
7. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. To help you make an informed decision, we offer an entry-level trial plan (Waya Pikin) at a highly affordable rate. We expect you to use this plan to confirm that the service suits your needs before committing to a higher plan.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed the service offerings and accept this no-refund policy.
8. Service Modifications
We may update or change the service, pricing, or policies at any time. You will be notified of material changes via your Client Area or email.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse of the network, or illegal activity.
